We are seeking to add an Office Manager to our team.  In this role you will be responsible for the following:

 POSITION OVERVIEW

The Office Manager provides office and administrative support to a plant. Work involves various clerical tasks requiring the ability to make decisions based on established policies and procedures. Work requires a high degree of accuracy and coordination.

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly operating and production reports
  • Performs data entry on production, sales, etc.
  • Prepares various charts and graphs
  • Creates and stores reports necessary for yearly internal and external audits
  • Greets visitors and vendors in reception area
  • Calls for repairs and supplies for office equipment
  • Prepares material loss, scrap, and other various reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and PowerPoint
