Lacks Enterprises is a locally owned and privately held business with roots in West Michigan for over 50 years.  With over 20 facilities and 3000 employees, we continue to grow!  We are looking for people to join our Paint Team as hand sprayers on 2nd and 3rd shift.  This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about our painting process:

As a hand sprayer, you'll be:

• Using a spray gun to apply paint to plastic parts on either a moving line or in a mask station
• Maintaining painted part quality as they move through a robotic booth and communicating any issues.
• Completing daily maintenance checks on equipment and doing small repairs when needed
• Using a computer to do light paperwork.
